Project: Fitpoort

Without a website, Fitpoort lacked a central destination for its campaigns. Users landed on scattered social posts or contact channels without a clear story or call to action, leading to lost traffic. A clean, conversion-focused website is the missing link to turn campaign reach into measurable leads and sign-ups.

The goal was simple: drive more trial training. The redesign creates a clear, fast landing hub for all campaigns, explains Fitpoort’s value in seconds, builds trust with proof (reviews, about fitpoort), and funnels visitors to one primary action, start a free training.

We kept the process intentionally lean because of the tight timeline. There was no target-audience research, just rapid design cycles driven by stakeholder feedback. We started with quick wireframes, iterated on layout, hierarchy, and messaging after each review, and moved steadily toward polished screens. 



Each round focused on clarity of the trial action, removing friction and aligning the visuals with the brand. By the end, we had a clean, consistent design validated through fast stakeholder loops rather than formal research.

This project sharpened my ability to deliver under tight timelines through rapid, iterative design. I improved at prioritizing the primary action, translating stakeholder feedback into focused UI changes, and refining hierarchy, copy, and CTAs for clarity and conversion. It also strengthened my development skills in Webflow.
