Project: Techone
At Techone, I redesigned the homepage hero and created new subpages during my internship. Since the pages also required photos, I took the camera and captured pictures together with my colleagues.

The problem
Techone has around 40 subsidiaries, but it wasn’t clear what services Techone offers through these companies. That wasn’t visible enough. There was also a need for a new, clear navigation, new service pages and an updated leadership page.
The goal
Techone’s old website didn’t clearly communicate what they offered. Visitors struggled to understand their wide range of IT services, and the team wanted a leadership page. The goal was to redesign the homepage hero so the services stood out immediately, create dedicated subpages for each service, and add a leadership page to showcase the team.

Process
We kicked off with a short alignment meeting to confirm scope. With a tight timeline, I moved straight into Figma to prototype and share early versions with the CEO, CCO, marketing managers, and developers. We ran quick review loops, iterating on layout, copy, and navigation behavior after each session. I also handled the leadership photography to keep quality and style consistent. We repeated this cycle until the leadership page, hero, and navigation were clear, consistent, and ready to ship.
Outcome
We launched a new leadership page, a redesigned navigation structure, and an updated homepage hero. Delivered quickly through short review loops. The result is a clearer entry experience, leadership presented credibly and consistently, and a navigation that makes it easier to find the right parts of Techone’s offering.

Personal achievements
This project stretched my problem-solving under pressure, especially balancing the CEO’s request to showcase eight services in the hero while keeping the design clean. I iterated in Figma to test layouts, grouping and scannability patterns, and refined hierarchy so the hero stayed focused. Working with the CEO, CCO, marketing, and developers tightened my stakeholder management and review skills. I also leveled up my leadership-page craft by combining layout, copy, and my own photography into a credible, consistent presentation.
